How to join

To join, please complete our membership form below, and return it to Jon Dorking at the address given on the form.

The form is available in two versions - Word format (which is suitable to load into Microsoft Word 97 or newer, or with the freely downloadable Microsoft Word Viewer application) and PDF format (which can be viewed with Adobe Reader, available as a free download here).
